These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to mobile applications published by Fitness App Hub ("we", "us", or "our"), including:
- Fitness App Hub
- Find My Train
- Calculator
- Mahjong
- Other applications that link to these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using any of our applications ("Apps"), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt to hack, damage, disrupt, or misuse our Apps or services;
- Reverse engineer or copy our Apps except where permitted by law;
- Use our Apps for fraudulent or unlawful activities;
- Attempt to bypass paid features, subscriptions, advertisements, or security systems; or
- Violate the rights of others.
2. Fitness App Hub
Fitness App Hub may provide access to various tools, features, utilities, or app-related content.
We may update, add, remove, or modify features from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
3. Find My Train
Find My Train may provide train schedules, routes, station information, running status, estimated arrival or departure times, and other transportation-related information.
Train information may change because of delays, cancellations, route changes, operational updates, or other circumstances.
We do not guarantee that transportation information shown in the App is always accurate, complete, current, or real-time.
For important travel decisions, you should verify information with the relevant railway operator, station, or official transportation authority.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Find My Train is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any railway authority or government organization.
4. Calculator
The Calculator App provides calculations for convenience and general informational purposes.
We aim to provide accurate results, but calculations may be affected by user input, rounding, software limitations, formulas, or technical errors.
You should independently verify important calculations.
The Calculator should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, tax, engineering, construction, or other high-risk professional decisions.
5. Mahjong
Mahjong is provided for entertainment purposes.
Game rules, scoring, layouts, and gameplay may differ from traditional or regional versions of Mahjong.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Mahjong does not provide real-money gambling.
Virtual coins, points, scores, or rewards have no real-world monetary value.
We do not guarantee that game progress, scores, or saved data will always be preserved.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some Apps may offer subscriptions, premium features, in-app purchases, or ad-free versions.
Prices and subscription terms will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the terms shown by the applicable app marketplace.
Deleting an App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Purchases and refunds made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are generally subject to the applicable store's payment and refund policies.
7. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
Our Apps may contain advertisements or use third-party services such as analytics, cloud services, APIs, payment systems, maps, or advertising providers.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, advertisements, products, services, or content.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our Apps, you acknowledge that certain information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and according to the permissions you provide.
9. Intellectual Property

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use our Apps for lawful personal use.

We do not guarantee that our Apps will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or completely error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous App availability;
- Complete accuracy of information or calculations;
- Real-time train information;
- Preservation of game progress; or
- That an App will meet every user's requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fitness App Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our Apps.
This may include losses related to:
- Incorrect calculations;
- Train delays or inaccurate transportation information;
- Missed journeys;
- Loss of game progress;
- App downtime;
- Data loss; or
- Third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will be changed.
Continued use of our Apps after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
